One of our OG trainers, Narelle Hobbs, wrote and filmed an amazing full-body Pilates Program that’s suitable for beginners and postpartum women.

This is a full-body workout program with a focus on core, pelvic floor, posture and balance.

  • Written and led by an experienced Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience
  • All of the exercises are low-impact, there’s no HIIT
  • Small-space-friendly workouts
  • There are 4 workouts per week and all workouts are 30 min or less
  • The program lasts for 8 weeks (16 videos in total)
  • Equipment used in the workouts: ankle weights, resistance band, dumbbells, gliding discs. And of course a yoga mat.
